I have some tips for you so you can live a healthy
lifestyle.
First of all you should make sure that you sleep as
much as you can every night. At least 5 hours. You rest your entire body and mind when you
sleep, that’s why it is so important for you. If you have problems with falling
asleep you can make sure that you have eaten something a few hours earlier. You
should not be hungry but not full either. Try not to use any electronic stuff
before going to bed because it will be easier for you to relax if you just try
to sleep or read a book.
Try to eat lots of fruits and vegetables. They are
filled with vitamins that will keep you free from diseases. Fruit is also a god
option if you are sugar craving. Try to eat less junk food because it is filled
with bad stuff like fat and sugar. This can cause obesity, problems with your
heart and diabetes. It it ok to eat it once In a while but not many times a
week.
Exercising is a must in a healthy lifestyle. This does
Not mean that you have to go to the gym 5 times a week. You can try to
go for a walk in 30 minutes as often as you can or bike to school. It is good
if you try to train more intensely once a week. This will result in bigger
muscles and improved condition.
Stress is something most people feel sometimes. It’s
hard not to stress but I have some tips you can use to feel less stress. Try to
be organized, buy a calendar and write down all your homework and other
important things you need to remember. If you have a lot of tests to study for,
remember to start at least 4 days before the test is. I do always talk to
someone when I am stressed because it helps me to calm down.
Remember, you do not have to be super fit to live a
healthy life. As long as you eat good, exercise sometimes and sleep much it is
enough.
